Laura,Shane, and Brody list and sell for 4%. What does this mean? For us to help you sell your property we only charge 4%, which can save our clients thousands of dollars. We typically pay 3% out to the buyer’s agent and take the remaining 1% for our services. For the 4% we are a full-service brokerage from beginning to end. Meaning we will walk our clients through the entire process, including; advertising on the MLS and numerous other websites, photos, Comparative Market Analysis and Real Estate Commission Contracts.
